For Shopify merchants running Meta catalog ads Meta catalog ads

Your Meta catalog ads are burning budget on products that don't sell.

Sned matches Meta product-level spend with Shopify orders and inventory to show which products to prune, preserve, or protect.

The problem

Product-level reporting helps. The reconciliation is still missing.

Meta can show product-level spend and attributed conversions. Shopify shows orders and stock. Sned matches the same products across both, so you can see whether the products receiving spend are the products driving observed sales.

01

Product reporting is only half the answer.

A Product ID breakdown is useful. The remaining work is matching the same products, dates, orders, and inventory across Meta and Shopify.

02

Inventory and reporting move on different clocks.

Catalog and inventory updates can land at different times. Sned keeps stock context beside the spend and order view.

03

The reconciliation still lives in spreadsheets.

You can rebuild the match by hand. The hard part is doing it consistently enough to act on current evidence.

See it on your data

Run a Waste Audit and see exactly what Sned would have caught.

Connect Shopify and Meta. Sned matches your last 30 completed days of product spend with observed orders and inventory, then shows which products would have met your rules. It is a historical estimate, not a guarantee of future savings.

The decision system

Three recommendation lanes. Clear next steps.

Products with sufficient matched evidence receive a Prune, Preserve, or Protect recommendation. Items with incomplete evidence stay visible for review instead of being forced into a lane.

Prune
ROAS < 1.20×

Ad spend is accumulating, but these products are not generating attributed revenue.

Recommended action: Review for exclusion
  • Zero or near-zero revenue across the lookback window
  • After confirmation, applies the supported action to the selected Meta product set
  • Classification refreshes after each successful sync
Preserve
1.20× – 2.50×

Borderline performers. Real revenue, thin margin. Worth keeping, worth watching.

Recommended action: Hold & monitor
  • Stays live, flagged for review, tracked day-over-day
  • Inventory checks flag SKUs about to stock out
  • Moves to Prune review when fresh evidence meets your rule
Protect
ROAS ≥ 2.50×

Your winners. Don't touch them, and make sure nobody else does either.

Recommended action: Shield & alert
  • Kept separate from products under Prune review
  • Inventory context stays visible beside performance
  • ROAS changes remain visible after the next sync
How Sned works

Fresh evidence in. Clear product decisions out.

Sned keeps Meta spend beside Shopify orders and inventory, then turns the matched evidence into a clear next review.

STEP 01

Keep data current

Sned refreshes completed-day Meta spend and matches it with Shopify products, orders, and inventory.

Runs to your plan's refresh cadence
STEP 02

Prioritise the catalog

Each product with sufficient matched evidence receives a Prune, Preserve, or Protect recommendation, with the supporting evidence kept beside it.

Recalculated after successful syncs
STEP 03

Choose how to act

Review and confirm manually on Starter. Growth and Scale add configurable automation for eligible rules.

Manual or automated · by plan
STEP 04

Apply exclusions

Confirm guarded exclusions. Sned records them locally and updates only the selected supported Meta product sets.

You confirm · guarded Meta action
STEP 05

Monitor

Freshness indicators, data-quality signals, and a sync receipt for every cycle.

Ongoing · audit trail
Built for operators

No guesswork. No surprise writes. Every action is logged.

Intentionally narrow: read approved Shopify and Meta data, keep exclusion state in Sned, and update only selected supported Meta product sets through guarded actions.

Completed-day windows only

We never act on partial-day data — spend isn't evaluated until the day closes, so flags reflect what happened.

Store-local day close · timezone from Shopify

Sync receipts on every cycle

Every sync writes a timestamped receipt — rows read, matched, flagged, errors. The answer's in the log, not a ticket.

Timestamped · up to 90d evidence

Shopify Admin workflow

Review lives inside Shopify Admin, next to your products. No new tool, no second source of truth.

App-embedded · native admin chrome

Merchant-confirmed actions

Manual actions require confirmation. Automation runs only after you enable it and authorise eligible rules.

Frequently asked

Answers, before you ask.

Does Sned pause or edit my Meta ads directly?
No. Sned does not edit campaign budgets, targeting, or creative. Supported catalog actions are limited to explicitly selected product sets and are recorded.
Which ad platforms are supported?
Sned supports Shopify + Meta catalog ads. Google, TikTok, and Pinterest catalog ads are not currently supported.
What does the Waste Audit actually measure?
The audit matches your last 30 completed days of Meta product spend with observed Shopify orders and inventory, then applies the example rules. It is a historical estimate, not a guarantee of future savings.
Is automation available on every plan?
Starter keeps actions manual. Growth and Scale add configurable automation for eligible rules. Supported provider changes remain bounded, authorized, and recorded.
How is billing handled?
Billing runs through Shopify, so the Sned subscription appears on the same invoice as your Shopify plan. Plan changes require Shopify approval; you can cancel using controls Shopify provides or by uninstalling the app.
What data does Sned read and store?
Sned stores the product, variant, inventory, order-line, Meta performance, decision, and audit data needed to operate. It does not intentionally store shopper email, phone, address, or full customer profiles.
What happens to a Pruned product if it starts selling again?
Sned recalculates the recommendation after successful syncs. If the evidence changes, the product can move to a different review bucket; prior actions remain visible and merchant-controlled.

Stop paying for products that aren't paying you back.
